What is the return policy?
If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and I will do my best to help. I want you to be happy with your new chonky friend š§”
Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items. In these cases, I will cover the return shipping costs if the item arrived faulty or was sent incorrectly.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Are any purchases final sale?
Some items may be final sale due to limited-run production. This typically includes clearance items, custom orders, and certain event-exclusive products.

When will I get my order?
I aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible after purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking and delivery updates!

Every design begins as an original Belli Art Studio creation before being produced and sent out to you.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
I do my best to keep shipping as affordable as possible while making sure your order is safely packaged and arrives in perfect condition! (With a little Sachel illustration for personality!)
