Thank you for supporting Belli Art Studio! Every order is carefully packed and prepared to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days. During busy periods, such as product launches, sales, conventions, markets, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where applicable).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of your order.

Estimated shipping costs:

Australia: approximately $1.50–$11 AUD
International: approximately $3.50–$18.50 AUD

Shipping rates may vary depending on location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal service delays, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside of my control.

Australia: approximately 1–2 weeks
International: approximately 2–4 weeks

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees that may be charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

While I take great care in packaging every order, once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that service.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the issue so I can assist.

If your parcel appears lost or has experienced significant delays, please get in touch and I will do my best to help investigate the issue with the shipping provider.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Belli Art Studio cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to update it before your order is dispatched.
